SHOPPING INFORMATION

You can track the status of your product using your order number (on your payment confirmation receipt or in your orders’ section of My Account). Our courier partners may send you a text message or call you.

We do not deliver on Holidays and Weekends. However, in some cases, as convenient for some products, we may deliver on Holidays and Weekends so long as the Holiday does not fall on a Saturday and the day of weekend delivery does not fall on a Saturday.

The average shipping cost is KES 350 using our choice courier (Wells Fargo). This cost may vary depending on the choice of your courier service.

We will use Wells Fargo courier (takes 1 to 3 days) because of their security and affordable shipping cost. We can also use your preferred shipping option.

It may take hours or 1 to 3 days depending on your location in the country, the kind of product you order, and shipping mode.

For in-stock products, we confirm payment for the order, pack your product, and ship it via your courier of choice. Wells Fargo is our default-shipping partner.

For custom products, we’ll get them ready within the agreed time and send them as soon as they are ready.

Yes! It will be attached in an email confirming your order. You can also download the invoice from “My Account” on Adventist Mall.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept mobile payments via Lipa na M-Pesa. If you prefer a different payment gateway, contact us for arrangement.

Yes! Our purpose is to ensure convenience in your hands. You may also consider ordering via our website (www.adventistmall.co.ke) to keep your shopping information for future reference.

Remember, even when you order via a phone call/text/whatsapp, we still advice you Pay to our PAYBILL number to avoid fraud.

Use LIPA na M-PESA PAYBILL 612901, use your order number as account number. Confirm that you are paying to Adventist Mall.

Yes, only if it is not a digital product or if it is not yet processed. A digital product is any downloadable product.

I have received a call/SMS/email asking for money. I have received a call, claiming to offer rewards/lucky draw prizes.

Beware: We NEVER request our customers for unsolicited financial information or advance payments in exchange of rewards. All our offers are available ONLY on our website. Please DO NOT respond to any Phone call/Email/SMS claiming to offer rewards/lucky draw prizes on behalf of Adventist Mall.
